- En un cazo (o cacerola) mezclamos el cacao en polvo, el azúcar y la canela. Añadimos poco a poco el agua y removemos con unas varillas hasta que esté bien mezclado.


- Calentamos y cuando empiece a hervir, bajamos el fuego y dejamos que siga hirviendo a fuego lento durante unos 5 minutos.

- Añadimos la leche poco a poco y subimos el fuego para que vuelva a hervir. Cuando empiece a hervir, lo volvemos a bajar y dejamos que siga hirviendo a fuego lento durante 3-4 minutos. Mientras, mezclamos la Maizena (en mi caso) con la leche fría.


- Quitamos el chocolate del fuego y le añadimos la mezcla de Maizena y leche. Removemos durante un rato, hasta que esté todo bien mezclado y se haya espesado un poco el chocolate. Añadimos un poco de sal, para realzar el gusto del chocolate

- Decoramos con nata montada (mi gran asignatura pendiente) y canela en polvo (podemos usar nata montada de bote, o montarla nosotros mismos con 200 ml. de nata de 35% materia grasa, y azúcar glass). Servimos y ¡A disfrutar!
