  19. al gusto Sal
  20. Gotas Tabasco (optativo)

  1. En un bowl añadir los ingredientes para las albóndigas.

  4. Cuando comience a hervir, añadir las albóndigas, tapar.
  5. A los 15 minutos aproximadamente destapar perol y dar la vuelta a las albóndigas, continuar cocción hasta reducir salsa, no totalmente. Bajar fuego, tapar.
  6. Servir las albóndigas bañadas en mi salsa, un toque de Tabasco le va muy bien, acompañar con puré cremoso de papas(en mi recetario), arroz blanco o ensalada de piña y pepinos(en mi recetario).
  7. Para compartir y disfrutar, y me lo cuentan, con gusto de mi cocina...!
