- Batimos la manteca con el azúcar luego agregamos los huevos y la esencia de vainilla y batimos hasta que esté cremosa, agregamos la harina con el polvo de hornear y la sal y mezclamos hasta unir bien no es necesario amasar


- Cuando ya hayamos conseguido la masa la tapamos con un film y la llevamos a la heladera entre 30 minutos a 1 hora, mientras se enfría la masa ponemos en un olla el membrillo con el agua a fuego bajo hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea

- Mientras nuestro relleno se enfría sacamos la masa(bien fría)y sacamos 1/3 de la masa y lo dejamos nuevamente en la heladera el resto lo ponemos en el molde, yo lo hago pedazo por pedazo(de masa) y voy uniendo por todo el molde, lo volvemos a dejar en la heladera

- Sacar el 1/3 de la masa y estirar, cortamos en tiras, sacamos el molde anterior y le ponemos el relleno de membrillo, luego con las tiras de masa le hacemos las rejillas presionamos los bordes para unir bien las masas y llevar al horno a 180° por unos 35 minutos aproximadamente y listo!!!


- Yo hice un almíbar y se ll puse en caliente, también es opcional ponerle coco rallado.
